Admin level rules

lvl 10 - Owner - Not available
lvl 9 - Marshal - Not available
lvl 8 - General - Not available
lvl 7 - Colonel - these members are handpicked
lvl 6 - Captain
lvl 5 - Lieutenant
lvl 4 - Sergant
lvl 3 - Private
V.I.P. - Special Persons who are
lvl 1 - Newbie

Failure to comply with these rules (setting ppl levels they are not supposed to be) will result in a Probation period or ban
